  1. Issuance & Redemption

    • House of Holly® E-Gift Cards (“Gift Cards”) are issued and sold exclusively through our official online store.

    • Gift Cards can only be redeemed on purchases made directly at houseofholly.com.sg

  2. Value & Usage

    • Gift Cards are available in selected denominations and may be used for partial or full payment of products.

    • If the total purchase value exceeds the Gift Card balance, the difference must be paid using other accepted payment methods.

    • If the Gift Card value is higher than the purchase amount, no leftover balance will remain after redemption.

    • Only one Gift Card can be used per transaction.

  3. Validity Period

    • Gift Cards are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.

    • Unused balances will expire after the validity period and cannot be extended, refunded, or exchanged for cash.

  4. Non-Transferable & Non-Refundable

    • Gift Cards cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for cash, credit, or other payment methods.

    • House of Holly® is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorised use of Gift Cards. Please treat them as cash.

  5. Promotions & Discounts

    • Gift Cards cannot be purchased using promotional codes or discounts unless explicitly stated.

    • Purchases made with Gift Cards are eligible for ongoing promotions unless otherwise specified.

  6. Exclusions

    • Gift Cards may not be used to purchase additional Gift Cards.

    • Certain limited-edition or collaboration items may be excluded from redemption, at House of Holly®’s discretion.

  7. Amendments

    • House of Holly® reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice, in compliance with applicable laws.

  8. Governing Law
