Orders

You can check order status on your Account page, which will be updated as soon as payment has been processed and again when your order has been shipped. You can also reach out to us [email protected] for inquiries.

Unfortunately, orders cannot be canceled after they are placed. Please email us at [email protected] or DM us directly on IG as soon as possible if you want to amend your order, and we will do our best to catch it before it is processed!

Most certainly! You may add our Gift Box & Greeting Card Set (or Boxes if you’d like extra quantities) from our product page to your cart and leave a gift message at checkout under ‘Order Notes.’ Your message will be handwritten by us on a complimentary greeting card and will be placed with your order and packed in the gift box.

Pre-Orders

All pre-order items will be clearly marked as pre-order in its title and description, and an estimated shipping time will be displayed on the product page.

Full payment is due at checkout to secure your pre-order item. When the item arrives at our warehouse, we will ship it to you as soon as possible. The estimated ship time is indicated on the product page. Should there be any changes in the estimated ship time after the order is placed, you will be notified via the email provided.

Once your pre-order is processed, no amendments or cancellations can be made to your order. Don’t forget to check your pre-order items before making your purchase.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express. You can also make payments via Paynow using the QR code or company UEN number. Alternatively, you can make payment via Atome.

There are two easy ways to make a payment via Paynow:

  • Scan QR Code:
    1. Launch your banking app and scan the QR code displayed at checkout
    2. Enter a Reference with your Order No. and Payer’s name, e.g. Holly Tan – #889
    3. Make the payment of the exact amount on your invoice
  • Enter UEN Number:
    1. Launch your banking app and enter the UEN No. 202109666H
    2. Enter a Reference with your Order No. and Payer’s name, e.g. Holly Tan – #889
    3. Make the payment of the exact amount on your invoice

Payments have to be made within 24 hours. Otherwise, the order will be cancelled.

Local Shipping

We offer free local shipping on all orders $100 and above. For orders below $100, we charge a $5 flat rate for standard shipping.

All available shipping options will appear at checkout. We typically offer standard (3-5 business days) and express (next-day delivery). Please allow 1-2 additional business days during festive holidays.

A 3rd party courier handles all deliveries. House of Holly will not be liable or responsible for any damages to the items in transit to your intended address. For unsuccessful delivery attempts due to incomplete addresses, the parcel will be returned to House of Holly, and a re-delivery fee will be chargeable.

Returns

Unfortunately we do not accept any returns or exchanges, except for defective products or wrong items sent to you which have not been used or laundered, and with tags still intact. We also do not accept returns or exchanges on final sale items.

Every product is thoroughly checked before shipping out to you so this should not happen. However, if you have received a wrong or defective piece, please write to us at [email protected] with your order no. and a photograph of the item within 7 days of receiving the package so we can correct it.

All items must not be used or laundered, and tags must be intact.

Once the case has been validated for exchange, we will mail out the correct item for a one-to-one exchange in person. We will contact you to arrange a time and date for the exchange.
