House of Holly ships worldwide to most major cities and countries. Do note that deliveries might occasionally take longer during busy sale periods and the festive seasons. House of Holly will not responsible for any missing items and/or parcels in transit.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
All available shipping options for your destination will be shown at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location, customs processing, and seasonal demand. Please note that delays may occur during festive seasons or promotional periods.
Please allow an additional 1–2 business days for internal processing before your parcel is handed over to the courier.
Once your order has been dispatched, it will be handled by a third-party courier (e.g., DHL, UPS, FedEx). House of Holly is not liable for any delays, redirections, failed delivery attempts, or issues arising once the parcel is in the courier’s possession.
It is the customer’s responsibility to:

Provide a complete and accurate delivery address

Monitor the shipment using the tracking number provided via email

Respond promptly to courier notifications regarding delivery attempts, locker redirections, or customs clearance

Arrange for redelivery or self-collection if the initial delivery attempt is unsuccessful
Unclaimed, refused, or returned parcels due to inaction or absence are not eligible for refunds.
We are unable to accommodate refund requests for the following:

Uncollected items held at courier collection points or lockers

Parcels returned due to failed contact attempts or incomplete/incorrect address information
Should a parcel be returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery, we will reach out to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges will apply.

Unfortunately, orders cannot be canceled after they are placed. Please email us at [email protected] or DM us directly on IG as soon as possible if you want to amend your order, and we will do our best to catch it before it is processed!

For international shipping, all items will not ship in their normal retail store packaging. Instead, they will be packed in a protective plastic film.
This helps minimize the cost of shipping, which you will have to pay.
Gift sets will come packed in their full retail packaging.
All Gift sets will come packed in their full retail packaging, including the gift box and paper bag.
International Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
Unclaimed parcels, refused, or returned due to inaction or absence will not be eligible for refunds. We do not accept refund requests for:

If a parcel is returned to us due to a failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping. Additional shipping fees will apply.

There will be strictly no refunds and/or exchanges for International Orders unless there is proof that it is due to a manufacturing fault.
Every product is thoroughly checked before shipping out to you so this should not happen. However, if you have received a wrong or defective piece, please write to us at [email protected] with your order no. and a photograph of the item within 7 days of receiving the package so we can correct it.
All items must not be used or laundered, and tags must be intact.
Once the case has been validated for exchange, we will mail out the correct item for a one-to-one exchange in person. We will contact you to arrange a time and date for the exchange.
Payment
All prices displayed are in Singapore Dollars. We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Additional Information on International Shipments
All international shipments may be subject to import charges (duties, customs tariffs, and goods & services taxes), which differ by country.
House of Holly does not collect your duties and taxes during checkout and cannot predict customs charges. If you incur these additional charges, you must fulfill the charges for your package to clear customs.
Please note that some countries may have amount thresholds, which, when exceeded, would disqualify the order as a cross-border online order. House of Holly will not assist with any importation clearance.
For more information regarding your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office before you proceed with your order. House of Holly will not be held responsible for and will not issue refunds for goods held by customs.
